Kennedy has an M. Ed. in Instructional Design, a BS in Sociology, and wanted to work in the energy industry. We used
DW&A’s Strategic Positioning Accelerator™, DW&A’s Resume Accelerator™, and DW&A’s Company Research
Accelerator™ to increase her business acumen and showcase her entrepreneurial mindset. We also had her design
DW&A’s Compensation Accelerator™ “How to Negotiate Your Salary Like a Boss” to demonstrate her competency as
a learning manager. She applied the compensation principles in her search and landed a Learning Professional role
in a multi-national energy company. She also increased her salary by $35,000 in three months and earned a
promotion within 12 months.
